Seeking inspiration to write a new novel and raise money, Goran frequents a dilapidated bar near the train station, where he meets an alcoholic young prostitute, Carmen, and her circle of marginalized friends and half-delinquents. Fascinated by the girl and her dissolute world, he decides to join the group participating in some thefts, but letting himself be involved beyond measure, until he falls in love with her.
