Tomek is a young psychologist who works in a nursing home for elderly people. Part of his daily job consists in listening to the patients, who wants to share with him their moving and tragic stories. Tomek has constantly in front of him the contrast between beauty and youth and old age, but the fascination for the ever strong desire for life makes the relationship with elderly people an intense basis for a growing friendship.
