Paul is a teenager when the Paris underground scene is taken over by house music. Soon he has formed the DJ-duo Cheers, while at the same time another group, Daft Punk, becomes famous. We follow them and their lifestyle of sex, drugs and endless beats – unitil reality finally catches up with them.
