Intensive workshop – aimed to teachers, educators, entertainers and movie fans – that will provide the skills and tools needed to create, and facilitate the creation of short animated films in a socio-educational context.

Two techniques were experimented in the 2019 edition: paper motion and direct drawing on film.

Leading the activities were professionals from the international animation scene: the directors of Ové Pictures from Bratislava (Slovakia), Veronika Obertová and Michaela Čopíková for the paper motion section, and Vincenzo Gioanola from Turin for direct design.

A unique opportunity to explore animation film techniques with some of the most important representatives from the European scene.

Promoted by Bergamo Film Meeting with the support of the Cariplo Foundation.
The Municipality of Bergamo supports the activities of Bergamo Film Meeting Onlus.

Activities

PAPER MOTION

Domenica 27 ottobre – ore 10.00-13.00 e 14.00-18.00
Totale ore: 13
via Borgo Santa Caterina n.19, Bergamo (Sede Bergamo Film Meeting)

DISEGNO DIRETTO SU PELLICOLA

Sabato 16 novembre – ore 14.00-18.00
Domenica 17 novembre – ore 10.00-13.00 e 14.00-17.00
Totale ore: 10
via Borgo Santa Caterina n.19, Bergamo (Sede Bergamo Film Meeting)

The Short Films

The Artists
