Parvis è un immigrato di seconda generazione residente in Germania. Impegnato a lavorare in un centro per rifugiati come interprete, incontra i fratelli Banafshe e Amon, fuggiti dall’Iran e in attesa di permesso di soggiorno. Insieme a loro scoprirà le intemperanze dell’amore e assaporerà le sfide che riserva loro il futuro, nel corso di un’estate fugace e turbolenta come solo la giovinezza sa essere.
