Nairobi Love Story

Directed by Maria Weber
Italy, Austria / 2009 / 45'

Margareth and Eric are in love since five years but, being from different tribes, their parents are against their relationship. Margareth is a Kikuyu and Eric is a Luo. These two largest tribes of Kenya are engaged in an ancient cultural and political conflict. But the ups and downs of their love story are not only due to their belonging to different tribes. The real conflict is of personal nature, since they have rather different views on their love.
