Pollywood is a director’s personal journey to America, following the traces of East-European founders of Hollywood, such as Warner Brothers, Samuel Goldwyn and Luis B Mayer. It is a universal and entertaining story about courage and desperation, about the history of the Dream Factory and modernday Hollywood. In spite of many obstacles, Ferdek reaches famous producers who share their stories of success. Will his Hollywood dream become true?
