Bohdanka is a young girl born into a family of bakers devastated by sorrow, whose mother, in a fit of rage, cursed her seven children many years ago, turning them into crows. Her parents keep this tragedy a secret from Bohdanka. On the brink of adulthood, the girl discovers the curse and decides to save her siblings. A witch from the village advises her to sew shirts for them. But not just any shirts: she must gather nettles, transform the fibers into fabric, and make every stitch on her own. The girl embarks on a long journey to complete her mission.
