Distracted by a phone call, Philipp hits a boy on a bicycle with his car, but doesn’t stop to offer help. Later, overwhelmed by guilt, he goes to the hospital to learn more and meets Laura, the boy’s mother. He wants to tell her the truth, but when he hears that her son seems to be out of danger, he pulls back once again. A few days later, the boy dies. Philipp is unaware, while Laura desperately searches for the hit-and-run driver who ran over her son. The two will eventually meet again.
