Directors vs Distributors

David Doutel and Vasco Sá, protagonists of Animation Cinema: Gerações XY, will meet the audience of the Festival. We will delve into their approach to animation, also exploring their work as producers at BAP – Animation Studio, a cooperative founded with Laura Gonçalves and Alexandra Ramires that focuses on independent productions and emerging animators. Alongside David and Vasco, also Joaquim Pedro Pinheiro, General Coordinator for Distribution for Agência – Portuguese Short Film Agency, a world sales company which collaborate with BFM 42 for the realization of the section.
It will be a great opportunity to compare the different professions involved in the making of an animated movie!
