GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS ACCEPTANCE
By electronically sending the confirmation of the purchase order, the customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe, in his relations with Bergamo Film Meeting, the general conditions and payment terms shown here, declaring to have read and accepted all the indications thereby provided. The submission of the order confirmation therefore implies full knowledge of the sales conditions and their acceptance. The purchased items will be sent only upon receipt of payment, within 3 working days. Any delays will be due to one or more of the purchased items being temporarily out of stock.
PAYMENT
To make your purchases in our shop you can choose any of the available payment methods:
- Credit Card: secure payment through PayPal (registration is not required)
- PayPal: company of the ebay group, world leader in security for e-commerce payments.

SHIPMENT
You can chose between 2 shipping options:
- Regular shipping, with Poste Italiane
- Tracked shipping with Express Courier
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
“The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract without penalty and without charge to specify the reason, no later than 5 working days from the day of receipt of the goods”. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the established deadline, a written communication to the Bergamo Film Meeting offices, via Borgo S. Caterina 19, 24124 Bergamo, by registered mail with return receipt. The communication can be sent within the same terms also through PEC, to the address [email protected], on condition that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours. In the event that the purchased items have already been delivered, the customer is required to return them to Bergamo Film Meeting Onlus within the next 5 days. The shipping costs and return of the purchased items are charged to the customer.

JURISDICTION AND VENUE
Any dispute concerning the application, execution, interpretation and violation of purchase contracts stipulated “on line” via this website is subject to Italian jurisdiction; Any dispute between the parties regarding the application, execution, interpretation and violation of this contract will be the exclusive responsibility of the Court of Bergamo.
