On October 28, Bergamo Film Meeting joins the celebrations for the International Animation Day 2018 with a tribute to Michele Bernardi, the protagonist of the workshop “And yet it moves: the techniques of animated cinema” (October 27 in Bergamo).

On October 28, the International Animation Day is celebrated all over the world, to commemorate the first public performance of Emile Reynaud’s optical theatre who, in 1892 in Paris, presented the first animated film in history.
