The Cineteca di Bologna, in collaboration with Bergamo Film Meeting, presents a tribute to Miloš Forman.
From April 21st to 29th, the Cineteca will screen a retrospective embracing the prolific and famed career of the Czech director. From Loves of a Blonde to his musical shorts dating back to his productions in Prague to the Hollywood triumphs (Hair, One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest and Amadeus).
In-between these films, some of Forman’s most irreverent and personal works: the caustic and censored The Firemen’s Balland Taking Off, his first and sarcastic American film.
In collaboration with Bergamo Film Meeting and the Czech Centre of Milan.
