The Critic

Fabrizio Tassi, journalist, film critic, writer and cultural events manager. Tassi is also assistant editor in chief of the Cineforum magazine and a regular contributor for Micromega and Film TV.


The workshop is limited (max. 80 participants) and has a €30 admission fee.
Supporters of the Support BFM 2020 campaign are eligible for a €15 reduced fee.

Educational Project

Intensive workshop - aimed to teachers, educators, entertainers and movie fans - that will provide the skills and tools needed to create, and facilitate the creation of short animated films in a socio-educational context. Two techniques were experimented in the 2019 edition: paper motion and direct drawing on film.

Be part of the development, preservation and diffusion of cinematic culture and to share the mission of the Festival, meant at giving visibility to new authors and to emerging cinematic cultures, and at rediscovering great cinema from the past.
